Cartoons, cartoons, cartoons.... John Crowther's Cartoon Odyssey

I think of it as The Fool's Journey. I've been asked who the "fool" is. It's me, but in the classical sense of the court jester. Only the fool was allowed to tell the king of his follies. All cartoons are available as prints or originals, framed or unframed, through my website or e-mail. Kid Stuff

As I stand on the threshold of completing another decade I ask myself, what is the line between youth and old age? It's that point in your life when you stop wanting to seem more grown-up and wish you looked younger than your years. In other words, it's when life keeps offering you new wrinkles.

Another great one, love the expressions on all three faces. Once Jeremy's home, he will be an old man before he get out of his room again!

John... it's your birthday? When? There is no line between youth and old age... just a few wrinkles... as you so keenly observed! Some of the oldest people I know decided to be old while still in their youth. Some of the youngest people I know don't even know they are there yet!

Jeremy is settling right in! LOL

Thanks, Lee!

End of this month, Jean, and I spend every afternoon running around on an athletic field, coaching high school kids in lacrosse. It definitely keeps me young.

Good for you John... there should be more of it! Happy Birthday for the end of the month btw just in case I miss the day. Don't worry about another decade... clearly it matters not! :-D
