I think of it as The Fool's Journey. I've been asked who the "fool" is. It's me, but in the classical sense of the court jester. Only the fool was allowed to tell the king of his follies. Had no idea that Harley could play the 'planer' or can he? The look on Bear's face might be called a look of pain by some or a look of bewilderment by others either way, this is one terrific cartoon and I love the whole concept of it, John C.
PS. the feeling of motion is excellent in this panel. My hat is off to you, can hear that jazzy sound being played by Harley on the 'planer' and even if it is only noise, it is a joyful noise that resounds to the heavens. Truly one of your best, John C.
