Cartoons, cartoons, cartoons.... John Crowther's Cartoon Odyssey

I think of it as The Fool's Journey. I've been asked who the "fool" is. It's me, but in the classical sense of the court jester. Only the fool was allowed to tell the king of his follies. All cartoons are available as prints or originals, framed or unframed, through my website or e-mail. Bang

It's widely known that actors tend to identify with their roles to the point where it begins to affect their everyday life. I can attest to it. When I was playing Einstein eight performances a week off-Broadway I hoped maybe a bit of genius would rub off, but it never happened. I did become bumbling and absent-minded though.

Funny cartoon...and even funnier commentary John! (Somehow I don't believe it tho... the "not rubbing off" bit I mean)

I don't know John...seems it would take a genius to come up with this great one! Bravo!

I appreciate the thought, Jean and Mary, but I doubt I could make it into Mensa. I'll take some slight consolation from the fact that as far as we know Einstein couldn't draw. Of course, there are some who'd say I can't either. I'm not fishing for compliments. I wouldn't know what to bait the hook with.

Loved the cartoon. Hey-do you think if he gets in Ronnie Reagan will remember him?

By the way, I hope that actor and role thing doesn't extend to writers and their characters. Seems to me I remember a few guns in that Bronson movie...LOL
