Cartoons, cartoons, cartoons.... John Crowther's Cartoon Odyssey

I think of it as The Fool's Journey. I've been asked who the "fool" is. It's me, but in the classical sense of the court jester. Only the fool was allowed to tell the king of his follies. All cartoons are available as prints or originals, framed or unframed, through my website or e-mail. Going Green

A lot to celebrate today, St. Patrick's Day, and the fact that we're still here despite computer woes. I have nothing against Dell, it's Windows Vista for which I save my wrath. Imagine that you buy a new car, and every time you turn on the ignition, signs keep appearing in the windscreen asking you questions. And then it stops dead just as you're turning against oncoming traffic and tells you it's downloading updates, which sounds vaguely oxymoronic to me. How about uploading downdates?

Firstly, love this cartoon and hurrah to Jeremy for inviting his friends for a sleepover.

So glad that I got my computer before Vista. My daughter got a new one last year and finally removed Vista and replaced it with M. Office as it kept breaking down in the midst of her work. Terrible program that was released too early with too many bugs still in it.

Funny cartoon John... Jeremy's unfolding philanthropic ideals are going to be interested to watch! Have to agree with Lee though... his poor mother!

(((chuckles))) Roger what is it with Mac owners? We have six in our family and there are only five of us... what IS that... (besides a Convention? LOL)

Um... make that "interesting" not "interested". Must have been the Mac wot made me do it. grin.

I too poor for a Mac, Roger. I'm not sure I'd call Jeremy philanthropic, Jean. :-) If anything, I think of him more as a hedonist in the making, doing whatever gives him pleasure.
