Cartoons, cartoons, cartoons.... John Crowther's Cartoon Odyssey

I think of it as The Fool's Journey. I've been asked who the "fool" is. It's me, but in the classical sense of the court jester. Only the fool was allowed to tell the king of his follies. All cartoons are available as prints or originals, framed or unframed, through my website or e-mail. With a name like (Savarin) we are left in no doubt that he would have been a cake... soft, syrupy and circular! (((LOL)))

Jeremy Jeremy Jeremy... *sigh*

John... your book looks great! I hope you are making lots of sales. Have you thought about putting an eye catching banner on the front of your blog as a permanent fixture? Having said that... people will still eventually get used to seeing it there and soon not see it at all. It's a constant battle [isn't it?] keeping people's attention in a world bombarded with visual imagery! I can so totally relate.

John... just had another thought. Have you looked into the publishing website Lulu.com? You send your material and they will publish hard copy (they distribute through Amazon) or alternatively you can publish your work as an instantly downloadable e-book available for those buyers who simply can't wait to get their hands on a copy. It might be worth a look... and could potentially be another way to get your stuff right out there! Like I said... just a thought.

Thanks, Jean. Actually it already is published as a hard copy, and available at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or both through the book's website at Outskirts Press. I do like the idea though of a downloadable version. Meanwhile I've started a pre-Christmas push to get it out there as a gift item. And yes, it certainly is an ongoing campaign.

Yes I knew it was already published but thought you might like the downloadable idea. I believe they also promote through the website as well. It was just an idea.
