Cartoons, cartoons, cartoons.... John Crowther's Cartoon Odyssey

I think of it as The Fool's Journey. I've been asked who the "fool" is. It's me, but in the classical sense of the court jester. Only the fool was allowed to tell the king of his follies. All cartoons are available as prints or originals, framed or unframed, through my website or e-mail. What's In a Word?

Two men were having an argument, which grew increasingly heated as neither managed to convince the other. Finally, one of them clenched his fist and slugged the other on the jaw, sending him sprawling to the ground. The fallen man looked up dazed and asked, "Why didn't you say that in the first place?"

can only say that this commentary rates as a groaner. Love the cartoon but beg to differ with you, think Obama is pleasant looking but not in the neighborhood of handsome. Not like you, John C. Cough, couch, nothing like buttering up the cartoonist. (grin)

Whoa, I never said he was handsome. You're confusing me with the guy in the cartoon. As for me... cough, cough, cough. And I quote.

(COMMENTARY) Yeah.... historically blokes aren't big on communication! LOL

(CARTOON) IMO Obama has a "good looking" personality. There's something about his calm unruffled manner and confident self assurance that's very easy on the eye! (Grin)

Just hope he doesn't overplay it though cos people still tend to prefer "their leader of the free world" to not only be cool but also statesmanlike ;-)
