Cartoons, cartoons, cartoons.... John Crowther's Cartoon Odyssey

I think of it as The Fool's Journey. I've been asked who the "fool" is. It's me, but in the classical sense of the court jester. Only the fool was allowed to tell the king of his follies. All cartoons are available as prints or originals, framed or unframed, through my website or e-mail. Thinking Back, Looking Ahead

I offer today's post in memory of my beloved nephew, Welles Remy Crowther, who died heroically in the attack on the World Trade Center, Sept. 11, 2001.

I am so very sorry John...

Difficult to believe it's been eight years. The reality still so fresh and omnipresent in our collective hearts and minds.

Can only echo Jean's words, John. A needless tragedy that no sane person
will ever understand. So many lives lost to insanity. My deepest sympathy to you and your nephew's family.

Thanks, Jean and Lee. It will never go away for any of us.
