Cartoons, cartoons, cartoons.... John Crowther's Cartoon Odyssey

I think of it as The Fool's Journey. I've been asked who the "fool" is. It's me, but in the classical sense of the court jester. Only the fool was allowed to tell the king of his follies. All cartoons are available as prints or originals, framed or unframed, through my website or e-mail. Out of the Frying Pan

While December 7 will long be known as the day that "lives on in infamy," today's less remembered date, December 2, is the anniversary of what the more noteworthy day in 1942 when the "first self-sustaining chain reaction" was initiated in a laboratory beneath the football stadium of the University of Chicago, thus marking the true beginning of the Atomic Future. The achievement of the latter date would help end the war begun by events on the former date, but more significantly, for good or evil, irrevocably altered mankind's residence on the planet for all time to come.

Funny you should mention divorce... exit strategies... and self sustained chain reaction all in the one topic. So much co-relationship there methinks... LOL
